Moreover, he rolled out CRM tools and operations management best practices such as ITIL, SDLC, and Agile. Also, Martin managed multinational business transformation initiatives in the insurance industry using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. In addition, he trained and consulted companies in EMEA on process reengineering and process-driven implementation of SAP solutions.
